Troubleshooting
Codes, locked pads, aim and lobby screens, fixed in order.
Most code failures are a lowercase letter, a trailing space or an already-claimed string. Greyed-out pads are pass gates rather than rank gates.
What to do when something on the pad, or in the lobby, is not behaving.
A code will not redeem
- Check capitals. The box is case sensitive.
- Remove any space before or after the string.
- Leave the game and rejoin. A fresh server may be running a newer build than the one you are on.
- If it is on the expired list, stop — it is retired, not broken.
The pad I need is greyed out
Two pads want the Special Forces pass and one wants FBI. Ranking up will not open them; they are pass gates rather than rank gates.
I keep getting shot from behind
That is the prison and the apartment block specifically. Clear the corridor you came through before pushing deeper, and remember that suspects move while you are clearing another floor.
My aim feels wrong indoors
Check the optic before the sensitivity. A magnified sight in a hallway is slower than the alternative. Then check the fire mode shown in the HUD next to the ammo count — semi-automatic is a control upgrade, not a damage one.
The shop or locker will not open
- Wait for the character to load fully into the lobby before pressing anything.
- If you joined a server mid-update, rejoin.
- On mobile, the tabs are at the top of the screen; the panel sometimes renders behind the loading UI for a second.
My team keeps losing the rescue line
Someone has to press the interaction key on every cuffed civilian and every evidence marker. Split roles in a stack: two officers clearing, one on cuffs and evidence.
Performance drops on the wide pads
- Lower the graphics options before a port or desert run.
- Close the Roblox client's background tabs; the port is object-heavy and the container models dominate a weak GPU.
- Mobile players should expect the dock to be the slowest place in the game.
Revive, revive costs and rewards
Being downed shows a revive prompt in the current build that costs Robux. If you are running solo on a hard pad, armour and a Medkit are cheaper than repeated revives.
