Controls and keybinds
PC keys and mobile buttons side by side, including the two bindings people miss.
On PC, E interacts with doors, cuffs and evidence, F orders suspects down, and R reloads. The mobile client uses the same actions on on-screen buttons.
The default binding set is small. Most of what slows new officers down is not a missing key — it is not knowing which key the game is waiting for.

On PC
| Action | Input |
|---|---|
| Move | WASD |
| Sprint | Shift |
| Shoot | Left mouse |
| Aim / sight | Right mouse |
| Reload | R |
| Interact — doors, cuffs, evidence, revives | E |
| Shout / order suspects down | F |
| Swap weapon | 1 / 2 / 3 (slot bar at the bottom) |
| Taser | its own gadget slot |
| Change fire mode | shown in the HUD next to the ammo readout |
The three keys that matter most are E, F and R. E is the interaction key for cuffs, doors and evidence markers. F is how you tell a suspect to get down before you decide whether to shoot. R is reload — do it behind cover, not in the doorway.
On mobile
The mobile client uses on-screen buttons rather than a key map, but the same actions exist:
- A movement stick on the left.
- Fire and aim buttons on the right.
- A context button that covers interact and shout, so the prompt on screen tells you what it will do.
- The shop, quests and code box all sit in the same place, along the top.
Mobile players should paste codes rather than typing them, and should expect longer reloads in firefights because the aim control is coarser.
Two controls people miss
- The door. Doors can be pushed open rather than interacted with, and the prompt in the middle of the door frame is not always the fastest way through.
- The lock. Some containers need holding the interaction input while the lock is picked. Standing still for a few seconds with hostiles nearby is a real risk, so clear the room first.
Common questions
Can I rebind keys?
The settings menu holds the usual options; volume, graphics and sensitivity are the ones worth changing first.
Does the gun's fire mode change my damage?
It changes how the weapon handles, not the stat card. Switching to semi on a rifle tightens your groups; it does not change the damage figure.
Why does my officer shout instead of shooting?
Because the shout key and the fire button are separate, and shouting is a legitimate first move. A suspect who surrenders is worth more than a body.
