Night Exhibit museum raid
The museum by night: lighting, glass and a sighted rifle instead of volume of fire.
- Rescue all civilians
- Secure all hostiles
- Secure all evidence
Use a sighted rifle, work the galleries in a line instead of crossing them, treat the display cases as cover, and check the staff-only doors.
Night Exhibit is the museum, and it is the pad that teaches you to use light instead of volume.

Briefing
What the pad asks
- Rescue all civilians
- Secure all hostiles
- Secure all evidence
Why darkness changes the plan
Galleries are long and dim, display cases throw reflections, and hostiles appear as silhouettes against the light. The kit answer is a sighted rifle with a controlled rate of fire. Spraying down a gallery achieves two things: it wakes up every hostile in the room and it hits the civilians standing between you and them.
Route that works
- Clear the entry hall first — it is the brightest room and the easiest place to confirm your controls.
- Work the galleries in a line rather than cutting through. Crossing a gallery in the open is how you take the first hit.
- Use the glass cases as cover, not as targets — they break sightlines without blocking shots.
- Check the side rooms: bathrooms, offices, the staff-only doors. Evidence and stragglers both hide there.
- Finish with the exhibit hall and re-sweep the entrance.
Kit for this pad
| Slot | Choice | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Primary | Sighted rifle | The sight is the point of this pad |
| Secondary | Pistol | Gallery-to-gallery transitions |
| Gadget | Flashbang | Rooms where a civilian is likely beside a suspect |
| Armour | Standard | The distances are medium, not long |
Where people lose this pad
- Firing at silhouettes. The lighting turns civilians and suspects into the same shape.
- Using a frag on a gallery. Glass, civilians and narrow rooms. It never goes well.
- Skipping the staff-only doors. Two of the smaller tasks on this pad live behind them.
Common questions
Is the museum hard?
It is mid-tier. The difficulty is the lighting, not the body count.
Do I need a flashlight?
The build's lighting is manageable with a sight; nothing in the current pad requires a light source you do not start with.
Why did the MUSEUM code not work?
That code was retired after the museum release. The pad stayed; the code did not.
