How to redeem codes

The Shop to Codes path, the four ways a valid code fails, and the free group bonus.

Last verified 2026-10-14 · Build 12 Oct 2026

Quick answer

Press Shop along the top of the screen, choose Codes on the left, paste one string into the box and press Redeem. Codes are case sensitive and work once per account.

The redeem box lives inside the shop, and it takes about fifteen seconds per string once you know the path.

Locker room and shop area of the SWAT simulator lobby

Step by step

  1. Join Tactical: Swat Simulator and wait for your character to load into the lobby.
  2. Press the Shop button along the top of the screen.
  3. In the shop window, press Codes on the left-hand side.
  4. Click the field that says Enter code here and paste one code.
  5. Press Redeem. Your cash counter updates immediately — watch it tick rather than assuming it worked.
  6. Repeat for the other strings, then close the window with the X.

You do not need a weapon in hand, and you do not need to be in a mission. Redeeming from an empty lobby works the same.

If the button does nothing

  • Case and spaces. The field is case sensitive. Hello and HELLO both fail where HELLO works.
  • Already claimed. Codes are one per account. If you redeemed it on an alt, it is spent on that alt, not here.
  • Stale server. A brand-new code may need a server running the current build. Leave the game and rejoin, then try again.
  • Retired string. If a code is on the expired list, no amount of re-entering will help.

The other free reward

Joining the game's official group and liking the experience pays $350 plus 100 XP, once per account. That is more cash than three of the four live codes combined, and it takes two clicks.

Join our group and like the game to unlock $350 + 100XP.

After you redeem

Cash from codes is best treated as seed money. Buy the kit before the cosmetics: a primary that suits the pad you are learning, a sight if the gun accepts one, and armour once you start running the harder buildings.
